In the interest of the customer we sincerely request you to check and approve the following before using our H category services

Definition & Relationships: 

  • “The Company” shall mean ABM Technologies.  
  • “The Customer / Client ” shall mean an individual, members of the household, representative of the subscriber or any other individual to whom the Company agrees to carry out work & / or supply materials .
  • Engineer / Technician/Executive shall mean the representative/contractor/affiliate appointed by the company to deliver services to the customer on behalf of the company.
  • Subscribed customer shall mean an individual who has subscribed for any of the plans displayed on the website.
  • Unsubscribed customer shall mean any customer who used the service (subscribed/unsubscribed) one time only without availing any plan subscription.
  • Subscribed services shall mean the list of services covered under specific plan availed by customer
  • Unsubscribed services shall mean list of services which are not covered under specific plan availed by customer.  Customer needs to pay at actual for these services, there will be an H category discount for all these services only for subscribed customers
Terms of Agreement:
  • All work carried out is subject to a maximum of 1.5 hours per job call timing. Exceeding 1.5 hour per job call shall be charged as double calls and 2 call credits shall be debited from the client account.
  • All jobs carried out shall be only for indoor repair work for a single residence address mentioned in the CRF (Customer Registration Form).
  • From the list of subscribed services no work shall be carried on any external premises of the client's address mentioned in the CRF, even if the same is leading to the client's residence through an inlet or outlet.
  • No work shall be carried out in any premises other than the one mentioned in the CRF (Customer registration form), irrespective of the ownership or relationship with the applicant / member / client.
  • This agreement is strictly for a residential premises and no work shall be done at a commercial premises even if the same has changed from a residence to a commercial / office premises, in this event the contract shall automatically stand terminated.
  • All services offered will be serviced only on registration of a valid call log at the helpline/website.
  • In case of claims other than accidental insurance, the amount cannot exceed the sum paid by the member.
  • It is our endeavor to ensure services within a stipulated maximum time frame of 24 hours. However, in case of failure, the company cannot be held responsible for any delay arising due to forced / unavoidable conditions which are not within its control.
  • Spares, extra parts (if required) need to be arranged by Customer, HATKE Executive can help you with the same.
  • Work warranty is the warranty of work done by the technician for repairs. It does not include part warranty. Work warranty duration is for 15 working days and will be given only in case the work done is not proper or is showing similar problems at place of repair, provided that it is the mistake made by our technician in fitting or repair work. Anything which gets damaged, due to the mistake of customer or people related to him/her, will be charged as another call.
  • In case customer changes the address and if this address is not covered in current supported list of area by company then no service will be provided.
  • Membership of a customer will get activated only after maximum of 5 working days of the Clients payments being cleared.
  •  No service shall be provided for items other than the listed in the Customer Registration Form(CRF)
  • The membership is valid for 1 year (HATKE GOLD) for 6months (HATKE SILVER) and 3 month (HATKE PLATINUM) from the date of activation of services.
  • Calls can be logged in from 10:00am to 7.00pm 7 days a week. There will be no service available on the Holidays.
  • User can still avail this service without subscribing to any of the above three plan on call basis and charged as per the standard rates displayed on the website.
  • Every job request shall be accounted as 1 call(except clubbed calls) and customers requesting for multiple services in a single visit should note that every separate job is accounted as a different W/os and credit / charges shall be deducted / charged for every job complete.
  • If cancellation request comes and Service representative is on the way or already reached customer location then in case of free calls one call get deducted. If free calls are not available then customer needs to pay as per the cancellation charges mentioned.
  • All jobs done through us come with a 15 day labor free guarantee, any work that is repeated due to a labor fault shall be done free of cost within 15 days of the closure of the W/o.
  • Physical damage would not be considered in the labor free guarantee.
  • All calls cancelled after visit shall be charged as a single visit and credits/ charges shall be deducted / charged.
  • Any work related to blockages or choked drains shall not be covered under this contract as the same may involve external work or may be liable to lead / initiate from an external source which is not covered as a part of the contract.
  • All of our agents bring in their own supplies. However, work based consumables such as cleaning cloth, a ladder, and spare parts have to be made available at your end or bought on actuals before work starts.
  • We shall never be liable for any material utilized which is issued by the customer.
  • Service guarantee is immediately void if there has been any tampering with the job work done.
  • The company will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any work carried out by the engineer / technician directly under the instructions of the client without having intimated the company or having obtained a proper w/o for the same.
  • The company shall at all-time be allowed reasonable time of work and any such extension that may be required from time to time.
  • The customer / client agrees to the engineer / technician to carry out work under his / her / their supervision and agrees to the risk of any damage shall being his / her/ their responsibility at all times.
  • Damage claim if any shall not exceed the total value of the amount the customer has paid towards obtaining the contract or services per say.
  • You can customize your plan according to your need. But there is an upper limit and a lower limit. You cannot exceed upper limit or go below the lower limit. This feature is under beta Testing please contact us for more details.
  • ABM Technologies employs trained, qualified and experienced technicians to carry out all services offered by JOB. In case of any instances where the technician is not able to carry out any activity due to complexity/ adversity, ABM Technologies, shall find a suitable team who can complete the job successfully. Clients are requested to cooperate in these instances; however, these situations are rare and won’t occur often.
  • All the images are of indicative types only and actual product image may differ.
  • No repair work with respect to concealed jobs will be carried out where in the technician / engineer is required to repair beyond the open available pipe of electrical.
  • The company is free to add change rectify the mentioned terms and conditions from time to time and the customer / client agrees to be bound by them, the customer /  client also agrees to periodically and regularly check the amended terms and conditions and also agrees to accept responsibility of the terms and conditions before availing any service of the company.
  • ABM Technologies reverses the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever and the applicant / client / customer agrees to be bound by it.
  • Renewal of the membership is the responsibility of the member however the same is at the sole discretion of the company.
  • We do not have specific knowledge of your computer, your mobile device and its configuration. Whilst we will use our best efforts to minimize disruption to your system, we cannot be responsible for any unforeseen consequences of our services. HATKECART will not be liable for any damage to the laptop/desktop, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any special, incidental, contingent, or consequential damages, however caused, before, during or after the use of our site. HATKECART will not be responsible or liable for any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable.
  • In the event of any dispute or difference between the Parties in respect of this Agreement, the construction of any provision of this Agreement or the rights, duties or liabilities of the Parties here to under this Agreement, the same shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Company and the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Any award made in such arbitration will be final and binding on the parties. The arbitrator shall have the authority to order specific performance of this agreement.
  • All claims and disputes arising under this Terms and Conditions should be notified to the Service Provider or Company within 30 days from the service date after which no claim shall be entertained.

Definition & Relationship

Engineer / Technician/Executive shall mean the representative appointed by the company to deliver services to the customer on behalf of the company.
 

Terms of Agreement:

  • HATKECART E category items guarantee/Warranty is as per the Manufacturer Service complaint can be registered to us/Manufacturer on the Number mentioned in the Manual. 
  • Delivery of UPS/Battery outside Pune: Products to be delivered outside Pune will be delivered to central location or your nearby Tours & Travels office. Customer will have to pick it up from Transporter's or Travel's office on its own.
  • Shipping charges mentioned on website are tentative. Charges may be less or more depending on case to case basis.
  • We give free delivery to supported zip codes only.
  • For valid cancellation Order needs to be cancelled before 3 hours from the delivery time (Updated by HATKECART executive) or 24 hours of placing the order whichever is earlier.
  • If customer fails to update before 3 hours from the delivery time. Then he/she needs to pay flat delivery charges of RS.500 in case Material is already reached customer premises or on the way to customer premises.   
  • Orders received will be examined and Delivery slot shall be updated to customer. These delivery slots however not necessarily match the Delivery slot requested by Customer.
  • Company will try to deliver the material as per the Delivery slot updated, however, in case of failure, the company cannot be held responsible for any delay arising due to forced / unavoidable conditions which are not within its control.
  • In case of unavailability of Power Electronic goods our executive will get in touch with you and update you as to when it will be made available.
  • For non-Supported Areas We would send UPS & Batteries in a central location, from where customer will have to collect on its own and manage transportation till desired place. 
  • For supported areas Free installation would be done from our side, only if installation to be done is at ground floor ground level If installation area is not on ground floor, ground level then we would take some nominal charges.
  • Our delivery partner will deliver till ground floor only, from there customer will have to take some help to get it upstairs. Delivery partner won’t be responsible to lift battery and inverter from ground floor to upstairs.
  • If our installation executive comes to place of installation, and customer asks any changes in day of installation, then customer will have to pay Rs 300 to executive on his next visit. 
  • Additional offers such as Free shipping, Installation if applicable shall not be provided to Non-supporting area.
  • Additional shipping charges shall be charged for non-supporting area.
  • In case of buyback, customer will have to return battery to our delivery partner, whatever charges will be there for shipping it back customer will have to pay half of it ( Rs 200 ) for each battery

  • After checkout Order acknowledge receipt shall be given by ABM Technologies. However, the final bill shall be given by the vendor registered on Hatkecart.
  • Product description and other details; we have taken care to describe and show Products as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in Products in terms of image difference and description may occur.
  • We do not have specific knowledge of your computer, your mobile device and its configuration. Terms of Agreement:

  • After booking is done Booking confirmation SMS will be sent
  • SMS with Cab and Driver details will be sent before 1hour of boarding time.
  • All the images are of indicative types only and actual product image may differ.
  • Non receipt of driver and car details customer needs to contact the support teams at HATKECART on manager@hatkecart.com and mention the booking reference number ( CRN number ) 
  • Duty slip has to be filled by the customer, if this has not been done by the customer no disputes will be entertained later. The start and end distance in Kms will be calculated from our office.
  •  Driving speed of the vehicle as per the directions of the local transport authority and Parking charges, toll charges, state taxes and entry fees etc to be paid by the customer.
  • Distances between two locations (points) be it an intercity or from office etc mentioned on the website are approximate. Actual distance may differ depending on the exact geographical location of the points under consideration.
  • Car air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes and also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the above mentioned cases.
  • Any form of discounts are only applicable only on the basic fare and cannot be made available on extra charges like toll, taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, driver allowance, parking , night charges, unless specified.
  • Incase customer opts for Ready to share option then KM will be calculated from office to office and any extra KM travelled to pick up the commuters shall be considered for all the shared commuters.
  • Ready to share discount is only applicable for airport drop/ transfer and on the basic fare and cannot be made available on extra charges like toll, taxes, charges on the extra KM consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, driver allowance, parking, night charges, unless specified. If want toll parking and other charges can be shared by commuters travelling together.
  • The vehicle booked will be subject to availability. In a case where the car booked is not available on the day of travel the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.
  • Customer can request for amendments to a booking made earlier by him only if the request is done 8 hours before the pickup time. No changes will be done within 8 hours of the time of pick up time. In cases where amendments are requested on cab type, the cab type requested is subject to availability.
  • Customer is liable to pay waiting charges in the case of delay (be it for any reason) exceeding more than 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
  • Customer is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled and also for additional hourly charges if applicable. Any unscheduled changes will attract additional charges as applicable.
  • HATKECART have all travel charges like toll, taxes etc. applicable when the vehicle returns back to its original location (garage) after dropping the customer to his destination. As example if a customer avails one way car rental service from Pune to Mumbai, he will have to pay all charges applicable while the vehicle returns back from Mumbai to Pune. The total charges to be borne by the customer for his return trip will be slightly lower than the charges for the first trip i.e. from Pune to Mumbai. 
  • For outstation trips customer has to bear all extra charges like driver allowance, toll, taxes, and charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, parking charges, night charges and any other charges applicable as mentioned on the voucher.
  • HATKECART cannot be hold accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jam or reasons beyond reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.
  • In case of any misconduct or misbehavior by the driver the customer should immediately report to the support team of HATKECART at manager@hatkecart.com and share the experience while mentioning the booking reference number ( CRN number ).
  • HATKECART cannot be hold accountable for any loss, damage or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure events.
  • In no event the entire liability of HATKECART for any loss or damage arising due to cab services or in the case of a valid refund claim shall not exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
  • In a scenario, where in a customer already has received the driver & cab details and the cab hired does not show up on the day of travel, it will be considered as the failure of the fleet partner of HATKECART being an on-line car aggregator will take all necessary efforts to provide the customer an alternative mode of transport immediately, in the shortest possible time & if failing to do so is not liable to reimburse its customer for any expenses like hotel stay charges, flight ticket charges or any other type of monetary expenses which the customer had to bear as a result of no show of the cab on the day of planned cab travel.
  • Cab needs to be cancelled only after within 3 hours of booking confirmation or 8 hours before actual boarding time whichever is earlier, failing to do so Customer needs to pay flat charges of 300 Rs. In case customer does not pay this amount will be blacklisted and barred from all the HATKECART service in future.
  • In case Cab cancelled within the given stipulated time, customer shall be refunded the money (If applicable) via Cheque or Bank Transfer and same shall be sent to Registered address within 10 working days.
  • For outstation Cab can booked only before 6 hours of travel.
  • After checkout Order acknowledge receipt shall be given by ABM Technologies. However the final bill shall be given by ABM Travels.
  • Upon completion of trip driver will call company and confirm actual bill and it will be sent on Clients registered email address on the same or next day of trip. 
  • We do not have specific knowledge of your computer, your mobile device and its configuration. Whilst we will use our best efforts to minimize disruption to your system, we cannot be responsible for any unforeseen consequences of our services. HATKECART will not be liable for any damage to the laptop/desktop, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any special, incidental, contingent, or consequential damages, however caused, before, during or after the use of our site. Cancellation & Refund Policy
·        Cancellation:
 
1.       Homemaker:
o   For valid cancellation   2% convenience charges of order value + service tax ( 18% GST ) will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded to customer  within 7-10 working days.
o   For invalid cancellation customer will have to pay RS 99 per cancellation.
 
2.       Travels:
o   For valid cancellation   2% convenience charges of order value + service tax (18% GST) will be deducted from advance and remaining amount will be refunded to customer within 7-10 working days.
o   For invalid cancellation customer will be charged Rs 300 per cancellation from advance and remaining amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
 
3.       Electronics:
o   For valid cancellation 2% convenience charges of order value + service tax (18% GST) will be deducted from advance and remaining amount will be refunded to customer within 7-10 working days.
o   For invalid cancellation customer will be charged Rs 500 per cancellation from advance and remaining amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
 
·        Refund and Replacement:
 
1.       Electronics:
o   All the products sold through HATKECART are delivered by travel partners to central location. For any reason such as damage or other, if you want to cancel the purchase or return the product, please return it at the time of delivery. Your amount would be refunded back as per the cancellation policy.
